For forty-seven years now the sound of music, laughter, impressive words, dancing and fiery acting can be heard in the open spaces of this city. The city has turned its old open and closed historical settings into unique stages.
The performances are given on 33 open air stages in the city, in the original environment, in the places where the great men-of-letters and musicians of the past and present Dubrovnik used to create their great masterpieces.
